- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Bake time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt/pepper
- 2 cups all purpose flour (I use organic)
- 2 tbsp dried parsley (or any herb you like)
In a bowl add..
Your eggs, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.
blend until smooth..
I use This immersion blender
Then add…
Your flour, and dried parsley.
Mix with a spatula until combined.
(The consistency should be like a wet/sticky dough).
Scoop out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
I use my largest scoop from this cookie scooper set which gives me about 1/3 cup per scoop.
Grate 1 cup of cheddar cheese..
Using your fingers, loosely bunch the shredded cheese and nestle it onto each scoop of dough, pressing just enough for it to cling.
Bake in the oven @375 for approximately 25mins.
Let cool and enjoy!
