Protein Buns

In a bowl add..
-2 eggs
-2 cups of cottage cheese
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion power
-salt/pepper to taste

blend until smooth..
(I use an immersion blender)

Then add…
-2 cup all purpose flour (I use organic)
-2 tbsp dried parsley (or any herb you may like)

Mix with a spatula until combined.
(The consistency should be like a wet/sticky dough).

Scoop out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
(I use a cookie scooper)

Grate 1 cup of cheddar cheese..
Using your fingers, loosely bunch the shredded cheese and nestle it onto each scoop of dough, pressing just enough for it to cling.

Bake in the oven @375 for approximately 25mins.

Let cool and enjoy!
